PARAKH Rashtriya Sarvekshan was conducted by PARAKH, NCERT under the ageis of the Department of School Education and Literacy, Ministry of Education to understand the baseline performance in the development of competency at the end of the Foundational, Preparatory and Middle stage at the district level for grade 3, 6 & 9 respectively. It was conducted in the sample schools on 4th December 2024 across India.

The PRS 2024 report card for both State and District were disseminated in four phases (9th & 10th, 12th &13th, 15th & 16th and 19th & 20th September 2025) at DIET, Sambalpur. The programme was conducted for District and Block level officials, DRGs and CRCCs. They analysed district report card vividly and prepared block level action plan for execution.
