As Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam, the former President of India and a great teacher has said do not have equal talent, but all of us have an equal opportunity to develop our talents”. I too believe that all of us may not be good at the same thing but we are definitely are good at something. Hence, it is our duty to find that something and give our best to achieve our dreams. This positive attitude in ourselves may help us to motivate our pupil teachers.
Education is not the communication of information by the teacher but it is the acquisition of the knowledge by the child. It is the total development of the personality.
The curricular goals as per NCFSE 2023 are Physical development, Socio- Emotional & Ethical development, Cognitive development, Aesthetic & Cultural development. So, our teacher community should provide opportunity for the students to foster these development.
